Abstract

PGE₁ or PGE₂ and dexamethasone synergistically stimulated KGF production by gingival fibroblasts to nearly 3-fold. These results may indicate that the combination of PGE₁ or PGE₂ and dexamethasone potentiates a novel drug development for oral mucosal wound healing.
