Abstract

PGE1 or PGE2 and dexamethasone synergistically stimulated KGF production by gingival fibroblasts to nearly 3-fold. These results may indicate that the combination of PGE1 or PGE2 and dexamethasone potentiates a novel drug development for oral mucosal wound healing.
