Abstract
EUS-BD is performed in difficult ERCP cases and in patients with a surgically altered gastrointestinal anatomy. EUS-BD is often performed in patients with malignant diseases. However, with the development of antitumor therapy, patient outcomes have been prolonged, and reintervention for T-DAS obstruction is becoming more common. Understanding of and experience with the characteristics of each device is important. In this article, we explain the basic techniques and devices for reintervention and present actual cases from our hospital.
