Abstract

This paper proposes a rights management processing system which is independent from any usage environments and enables flexibility, re-using, and redistribution of contents with the rightful consent between right-holders and users. An implementation is also shown to evaluate both the secureness and flexibility of the proposed system, as well as the comparison with other existing systems.
